St. Paul’s Church is based in Durnford Street, Stonehouse, Plymouth. We’re a community-based Anglican church that welcomes newcomers and supports more established members alike. Come and join us on a Sunday!
Following the latest guidance from the Church of England (here) we will not be holding our normal services until further notice. Please also assume that centrally organised church events have been cancelled.
For the time being, St. Paul’s and St. Andrew’s will be worshipping together as one church on Sundays at 10am. You can access the livestream of the service through St. Andrew’s website https://www.standrewschurch.org.uk. After the service, please do join us for tea, coffee and hot chocolate on Zoom. Do email us for a link to our Zoom meetings.
Weekday Meetings (also on Zoom)
Monday to Friday 10:00am-10:45am Morning Prayers with Psalms and Catching Up (BCP)
Mondays 8:00pm-9:00pm Weekly Prayer Meeting
Tuesday to Friday 8:00pm-9:00pm Evening Prayer with Meditations and Catching Up (BCP)
Leon Sim, our vicar, will also be sending out various updates and devotionals by email/WhatsApp/letters. If you’d like to receive them, please do get in touch.
Our priorities as a church during this time is to keep growing in our faith in Jesus, to pray for those caught up in this crisis, and to make sure we care caring for those in our church and the wider community. If you need help or support in any way, please, please do let us know, and we’ll do our best. We can’t help if we don’t know know what’s going on.
