TNT: 20s and 30s
TNT
One of the great things about St. Andrew’s is the wide range of different people who make up our church family. It’s wonderful to see people of different ages and different backgrounds coming together to praise God and encourage one another in their Christian faith.
It’s good to also help and encourage different groups of people in their specific stages of life. With that in mind, we have a group called TNT for those in their twenties and thirties. If you’re in that age group, you may find you don’t naturally slot into the church’s other activities, which is why this new group was needed.
Our aim is to provide an opportunity for those in their 20s and 30s to build strong Christian friendships in order to encourage one another to stand firm as believers. We’ll meet up for social activities, Bible teaching, occasional events and maybe even a weekend away.
TNT: Explore
TNT: Explore meets on Thursdays at 7pm for food and fellowship, followed by a study and discussion.
This term we think about topical issues based on the Nooma DVDs.

Upcoming social events
On Sat 17th May, we’ll have a Photography day at a local National Trust property. Bring your digital camera, take photos and look around a lovely house and gardens. In the evening we can get together for some food and pick a winner!
On Sat 31st May, a day trip to Cornwall to visit the Eden project. Again this is a lovely garden, all the summer flowers will be out, and it’ll be a great chance to get to know people better as we walk around the biomes.
On Sat 14th June, we’ll have a photo scavenger hunt around villages in Devon. In teams of 3 or 4 we complete the tasks and return to a central location with photographic proof.
Sat 5th July is American Independence Day BBQ. Come over for food and company.
And as usual, we’ll continue with the regular film nights.
