Church Family Coffee and Breakfast

Sunday 1st June in the Abbey Hall, available from 10-11am. Please come and join us before the 11am service, or after the 9.30am service.  A great opportunity to get together and share food and fellowship.  Please sign up on the sheet at the cross aisle so we have some idea of numbers.

This book explores the spirituality of young people in former Soviet countries in Central and Eastern Europe. It describes their hopes and fears, their ideas about God and their search for meaning.  It is now available in the church shop for £8.99.  If supplies run out, please sign the list in the shop.

Creche Leader required

St Andrew’s Prayer Chain

Did you know there is a St Andrew’s Prayer Chain?  If you have any requests for prayers, please contact Doreen Kitt.  Prayer requests are passed on to three chains of pray-ers who will pray for your request in confidence for one month.

Abbey Hall disabled lift update

The ‘listed building consent’ application to create the hole in the floor for the lift shaft and install the lift has been submitted to the City Council.  The decision process will take at least eight weeks.  Next update after the Council’s decision.  If you wish to know more about the project, please contact Harry Voyzey.

Update from the Drye Family

The Drye Family will be returning to the UK on sabbatical for a couple of months.  Al will be preaching at the 6.30pm service on 15th June.  The family also plan to come to services on the 1st and 8th June and would love to catch up with the church family.
